iw8 Terms & Conditions

"Platform" refers to the iw8 website, mobile web application, and any associated software or services operated under the domain iw8.onl.

"Account" refers to the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.

"Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's account at any given time, including both real-money deposits and any applicable bonus credits.

"Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive granted to a Player under specific promotional conditions.

Use of the iw8 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. iw8 operates a strict 21+ policy. Players under the age of 21 are not permitted to register, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting activity on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.

iw8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm a Player's age and eligibility. Accounts found to be operated by persons under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned net of any bonuses already claimed.

Each Player may register only one account on the iw8 Platform. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. iw8 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

iw8 supports the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. iw8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on transactions and to delay or reverse any transaction where fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activity is suspected.

iw8 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, tournament prizes, and other incentives to Players. Players may not exploit bonuses through collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy that iw8 determines to be abusive. iw8 reserves the right to void any bonus, related winnings, or withdraw a promotional offer at any time if abuse or misuse is suspected.

Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and hold no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms. Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL match days, or IPL seasons are subject to their own individual terms announced at the time of each promotion.

iw8 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error has occurred, regardless of whether the bet was accepted by the system. Players will be notified of any void bets and the original stake will be returned to their account balance.

iw8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, temporary account time-outs, and permanent self-exclusion options. Players are encouraged to use these tools if they feel their gambling is becoming a concern.

Players must not engage in any of the following while using the iw8 Platform:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with the Platform in any unauthorised manner.

• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, false identity claims, or payment manipulation.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

• Using the Platform for any money laundering or other criminal activity.

iw8 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of this section, with all balances subject to review, withholding, or forfeiture as appropriate.

All content on the iw8 Platform, including but not limited to the iw8 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, and game assets, is the intellectual property of iw8 or its licensors. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of iw8.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iw8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or third-party claims.

iw8's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

iw8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. iw8 uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information.

You may request the closure of your iw8 account at any time by contacting our support team via the in-app live chat. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory identity verification and the absence of any outstanding investigations.

iw8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, or any conduct harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

iw8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, iw8 will endeavour to notify registered Players by email or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the iw8 Platform following the publication of any updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms & Conditions periodically.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the iw8 Platform, iw8 encourages Players to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. iw8's decision on any dispute, made after reasonable investigation and in good faith, shall be final and binding.
